Our most recent growth project, Rapid Growth Project 5, will take installed capacity at our Western Australian Iron Ore operations to 205mpta by the second half of calendar year 2011.
Position Synopsis
We are seeking a highly motivated, organised, and customer focused individual to work on a Fly-in fly-out basis to Area C. The core function of the position is to provide FPe administrative support to management and personnel. Your accountabilities will include but are not limited to:
* Regular and ad-hoc reporting of FPe;
* FPe data entry and maintenance of site specific HSEC system reference data;
* Assist with data retrieval and analysis of HSEC data and reports;
* Assist in HSEC systems training and provide guidance to HSEC system users on HSEC system use;
* Identify and ensure HSEC systems related incidents and problems are captured and correctly escalated;
* Test new release of HSEC system enhancements prior to full production lease, ensuring a manageable and functioning HSEC system;
* Ensure all system and process changes identified by HSEC users are documented using agreed system; and
* Participate in regular inspections, task observations, audits and safety investigations as required.
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have solid computer literacy in Microsoft applications and a high level of FPe or similar HSE reporting systems. Extensive administration experience is preferred and previous experience in HSE is desirable but not essential.
Location
This role is based in Area C and is offered on a Fly In Fly out basis from Perth on a family friendly roster. A competitive remuneration package is offered commensurate with experience, and includes performance incentive and a generous superannuation scheme, as well as other benefits.
