We are currently seeking an experienced professional for the role of Project Manager 1SAP - Northern Region. The successful applicant will coordinate all tasks required to be carried out by the business in alignment with the 1SAP Project work plan, implementing the 1SAP deliverables across our BMA Coal Southern Region assets. Adhering to the expectations and principles outlined in the 1SAP Project Charter, you will be responsible for the following:
* Developing a detailed plan including all tasks required to be carried out by the BMA Coal Northern Region assets and BMA Coal Corporate offices with resource allocation, work estimates and interdependencies with the 1SAP plan. This will include data cleansing & conversion, organisation change management activities, cut-over planning and trial participation.
* Ensuring business requirements with site representatives are captured.
* Assisting the BMA Programme Manager 1SAP with the preparation of the necessary budget and resources.
* Setting up and running site implementation co-ordination network to manage the implementation of activities across sites in a consistent manner.
* Reporting progress against plan to BMA Programme Manager 1SAP on a timely basis.
* Establishing corrective actions to overcome slippages after seeking approval for any additional cost or resource requirements from the BMA Programme Manager 1SAP.
* Raising any potential risks in a transparent way to BMA Programme Manager 1SAP.
With extensive project management experience, the successful applicant will demonstrate proven experience in delivering ERP systems implementation in multiple site environments. Having delivered multiple medium size projects, you will hold degree qualifications in Engineering, Finance or Commerce. Tertiary qualifications in Information Management / Project Management are also highly desirable.
