An outstanding opportunity exists for a talented and highly motivated individual to join Worsley’s Emergency Response team in the role of Emergency Services Specialist. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the activities of an emergency services team to provide emergency response. Knowledge and experience in plant security, fire services and systems is essential. In addition you will be required to provide specialist advice to the company and ensure compliance with relevant policies and standards.
To be considered for this role, you will have an absolute personal commitment to safety and share our goal of Zero harm. A certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment will be required in addition to certificate IV in Frontline Management or equivalent. A certificate IV in Public Safety (Fire fighting Supervision) or equivalent would be highly regarded. A strong background in people management, ideally operating within a similar industry, will see you excel in this role. Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills will also be critical your success.

Computer literacy is a desirable pre-requisite of this position and experience with SAP and Microsoft Office products will be a distinct advantage.
