ROLE PROFILE:
As leader of this team, assures that daily office services are delivered in a safe, consistent and compliant manner to support the Houston site operations. This involves Schedule and Control of predictive, preventive and repair activities, Service Management of vendors providing goods and services and Business Management of financials and contractual obligations related thereof. Office Services include, but are not limited to: reception/switchboard, mail shipping, receiving & distribution, multi-function printing, badge access systems, coffee bar services, office moves, building maintenance, inventory management and help desk for work order and trouble ticket requests.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Leadership for Operations team
* Ensure standard operating procedures are in place and followed
* Continuously cause cross-training to assure business continuity
* Conduct self-assessments of vendor service delivery compliance/contractual obligations
* Identify schedules to support predictive, preventive and maintenance repair activities
* Interface with on-site landlord building management personnel to ensure delivery of their obligations
* Oversee inventory management of office furniture and office supplies
* Lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize service delivery and minimize costs to deliver
* Security liaison with Health & Safety organization
* Approve invoices/secure quotes for services
* Develop operations budget and forecast expenditures

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Engineering or comparable program
* Commercial building or Hotel Management experience preferred
* 10 years experience managing operations
* Proven leadership skills
* Process management experience
* Passion for operations management
* Security and Safety process familiarity
* Business management skills
* Problem-solving capabilities
* Business continuity familiarity
* English language communication skills
