Location: Libya
Large operator in Libya is currently seeking a Contracts Administration Adviser, town based on a 6/3 rotation.
The incumbent shall be responsible for the execution of all Company's contracts from bidding to award to post award stages strictly in accordance with the Company's Policies and Procedures using appropriate bidding strategies to insure timely award in a most ethical and cost efficient manner.
Key requirements:
- Degree qualified
- Extensive contracting experience
- Oil & Gas industry experience
- Solid communication skills ( Arabic skills a plus)
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Mid to high level skills in Microsoft Suite, Oracle, Discover (or other ERP systems).
