The strong second tier contractor has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator to work on several commercial projects and BER projects they have recently been awarded. This well established builder typically specialise in delivering commercial, residential and education projects valuing anything up to $60M.

This is a new role and has been created due to the recent amount of tenders they have recently been successful with. You will be working closely with the Project Manager and reporting directly to the Commercial manager, depending on the size of the project you are working on will determine weather you will be site or office based. This is a fantastic opportunity to fast track to a Project Manager as promoting within is something they pride themselves on.

To be successful for this role you will have 3 to 4 years experience with a known tier 2/3 builder in Sydney. You will have experience working with commercial or residential projects worth a minimum of $15M and ideally come from a Construction degree background.
