A highly attractive and unique position has arisen with one of Australia's leaders in the retail fitout sector.This company is well known in the retail fitout market and have been long established as the fitout specialist of choice of many of Australia's bluechip retail organisations.

This role they are looking to recruit for can be defined as a senior project management role but it encompasses the following responsibilities:

Supervision and Leadership of a team of up to 20 individuals including project managers, site forepeople and site installers.
Project Management of multiple concurrent retail fitout progams and rollouts.
Implementation of effective project management procedures and systems across their installation process.
Effective Financial and Budget control of overall team operations
Training and Development of staff under your control.
Strategic Planning and implementation of company initiatives
To drive their installation and fitout business into new markets and sectors
This is a critical role for this company and they are looking for somebody with the following skills and experience:

At least 5 years solid project management experience within the retail fitout sector either from the client or contractor perspective.
Tertiary qualified with a degree in construction management or project management.
Have excellent contacts and knowledge within the retail fitout and property management sector.
Top Class leadership qualities with effective influencing and motivating skills.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Team management and supervision experience.
