A leading tier 2 builder who have gone above and beyond all expectations for them in 2009 has won another prestigious project and needs an experienced commercial foreman. With a fantastic record in delivering construction and fit out projects to $65 million along the eastern seaboard their Victorian operations are growing in leaps and bounds.

Your initial project will be a $25 million high end fit out in the Melbourne CBD where you will be responsible for onsite activity including progressive quality of the project, establishing site in accordance with OHS requirements, continuous supervision of sub contractor's and staff to ensure program dates are met.

It is essential that you have gained experience as a commercial foreman preferably high quality fit outs. You will need to have a firm understanding of Victorian OHS and IR practices, first class communication skills and the ability to effectively problem shoot, think laterally as well as strong services background.
