Location: Atlanta, GA, USA
Client located west of Atlanta, GA has an immediate need for a Process Improvement Engineer with process improvement experience in a distribution facility. The ideal candidate will be an Industrial Engineer with 3-4 years of process improvement experience dealing with logistics and distribution of industrial supplies. Experience servicing federal government customers is a plus.

Responsibilities:

-> Identify and implement effective and efficient logistics process improvements
-> Develop and maintain Optimized Labor and Performance system and Standard Operating Procedures
-> Work with operations team to develop labor reporting
-> Perform work measurement analysis using time studies
-> Generates process layouts to facilitate best practices
-> Performs cost-benefit analysis

Requirements:

-> B.S. Industrial Engineering degree
-> 3-4 years experience in logistics process improvement
-> Experience servicing federal government customers is a plus
