Experienced CA urgently required my mid tier commercial construction for immediate start

My client is a successful mid tier construction firm with a hard won reputation for delivering high quality commercial projects on time, in budget and in a safe and planned manner.

Due to the winning of additional work they have an urgent need for an experienced CA to join their team.

Reporting to the Project Manager your role will include:

Responsibility for a number of concurrent projects
Taking control of all contractual aspects of the project
Development and management of procurement program
Reviewing of contract documentation
Issuing of tenders and negotiation of sub-contracts
Your skill set will include:

Minimum of 5 years relevant experience working for a small to mid tier commercial construction firm
High level of computer litercacy
Awareness and understanding of Building Code of Australia
Highly developed negotiation skills
Due to the type of projects you will be highly self sufficient and able to work autonomously
