About the Job

Immediate start opportunity available for an experienced in house Recruiter based in the CBD. This is a short term assignment which will run until the end of January 2010 with the possibility of an extension.

The ideal candidate will:

Be experienced working within the mining, oil and gas, resources sector

Experienced at working on volume positions (end to end process)

Come from an HR background with strong level of experience in Recruitment

Have expertise and experience in leading a team of delivery focussed recruiters

Importantly, you will be required to work within an environment where relationship building and the ability to work within a changing environment are essential. In addition you must have proven skills in terms of delivering to recruitment projects.

A generous salary is offered for a candidate who meets these requirements. Our client is flexible to either look at contract (temp) or fixed term arrangement.
