Your role will be producing accurate estimates on D&C tenders on a range of projects across the commercial, healthcare, industrial, government and education sectors. Your key responsibilities will include; formulation and submission of tenders, quantifying, pricing and estimation, client, subcontractor and colleague liaison/negotiation, preparation of cost plans and cost estimates.

You will ideally have a tertiary degree in Construction Management/Economics or Quantity Surveying with at least 3 years plus experience in estimating commercial projects at least $15mil +. Knowledge in Buildsoft is essential, excellent attention to detail together with the ability to communicate well and develop good relations will be the key to your success.
