A Northeastern Alabama engineering firm is looking to hire a senior laser systems expert, and an optics expert to provide full-time support in the development, testing and analysis of Infrared Counter Measures Systems (IRMC).

Responsibilities:

-> Describes and illustrates observations and conclusions in mathematical terms. Devises procedures for physical testing materials/systems; Conducts complex research and analysis independently, and develops clear and concise reports and presentations
-> Provide full time support in the development, testing and analysis of IRCM systems

Requirements:

-> The successful candidate will have 10+ years experience in laser systems,a BS and Masters degree in an engineering, or science field. Travel approximately 25%
-> Must be able to conduct trade studies, defining options based on performance, cost and schedule impact
-> Provide consultation on complex projects, using a wide degree of creativity and latitude
