How many estimating positions give you the opportunity to put your stamp on a business and make strategic decisions regarding direction, growth and opportunity? This regional builder has formed a distinct profile built on integrity and reliability due to its strong presence throughout Qld for over 30 years. Projects typically range between $5M-$20M ensuring a constant turn over of interesting commercial and institutional projects.

This is a newly created position; a unique opportunity for an experienced Estimator to take on a leadership role within a niche organisation unaffected by proximity or workforce demands. You will be supported by the Directors to make autonomous decisions and explore business opportunities in new sectors, localising key relationships to further grow and develop the Brisbane branch. Project opportunities will also be presented via negotiated tender, repeat clients and internal sources. You will determine which of these projects are commercially viable. Your focus will ensure the accuracy and effectiveness to achieve outcomes in set timeframes resulting in an enviable market percentage.
