Responsibilities
To become an integral part of the Shendong business by ensuring the ability to assist with and resolve any issues that arise involving Joy;
Ensure that the implementation and operation of both equipment and contractual issues are completed to the required standard for both SD and Joy;
Meet or exceed formal profit plan levels by driving parts, components and rebuilds. Also assist the Sales manager with OE equipment Sales;
Assist to maintain or increase the market share of business with Shendong for Joy;
Communicate information regarding customer complaints and completion through the Joy China organization and management. Follow through with actions to solve any issues arising;
Provide accurate data to ensure strategic planning, forecasting, marketing and best quality service are provided to Shendong by Joy;
Contact Shendong on a regular schedule, insuring that positive relations are maintained, including tactful resolution of issues;
Provide inclusive support to Shendong on a 24hr basis if required;
Work closely with the Sales manager for Shendong on all related Sales activity.
Qualifications
This position requires an extensive knowledge of mining equipment, equipment application and mine conditions;
Mechanical and Electrical knowledge along with manufacturing process knowledge;
A good understanding and ability to use professional Sales techniques;
Ability to form relationships with customers;
Experience with Joy products and the underground equipment environment is desirable;
Strong interpersonal Skills are essential with the ability to communicate and negotiate with customers;
Experience in workshop assembly and manufacturing techniques, with an understanding of product design.
