Incumbent will undertake geoscience studies including field mapping, geotechnical and resource definition, application of geological understanding and profitable iron ore and coal extraction. Supervise drilling, exploration, core logging, mapping outcrop, inferring in situ morphologies of coal measure and sampling. Professional expertise and experience is required when assisting in the formulation of new projects and also the supervision and monitoring of the day-to-day performance of support and field staff. Must have sound knowledge of geological requirements & procedures and ALL geological technology.

Experience +5 years mining experience (preferably in coal and/or Iron).
Qualifications Degree qualification (BSc Geosciences Honors)
