Speciality Engineering Services company located in the northwest part of New York, is in search of a Branch Manager to join it's workforce for an immediate direct hire position.

Responsibilities:

-> Responsible for daily coordination, employee retention and oversight of the Branch Workforce
-> Supervision and Management of all Technical Services in field and laboratory
-> Monitor Quality Assurance of services offered
-> Prepare comprehensive, accurate and precise Proposals for Service including proposals for Testing and Inspection, Special Inspection and Investigation Services
-> Routinely perform customer service calls, personally check on personnel safety and monitor job progression with front line staff involved

Requirements:

-> Must have one of the following..Associate of Applied Science preferably in Civil Technology or BS in Civil, Construction Management, Mathematics, or Engineering Science
-> Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Testing and Inspection or experience in a related consulting field
-> Must have a minimum of one year demonstrated capabilities in execution of on-call as-needed field and laboratory services
-> Two years of Supervisory or Management experience is preferred
-> A PE licence is preferred
-> Certifications should include NICET: Construction Material Testing -Asphalt, Concrete, Soil or equivalent certifications
