Construction Manager - Construction/Roads & Bridges/Projects 100-150 K/yr

Well Established Construction Company in KUWAIT, is aggressively looking for a Construction Manager to supervise and provide support for their roads and bridges Infrastructure Projects.

Responsibilities:

-> Successful execution of the Infrastructure Projects
-> Manage the planning, design, construction and post construction phases for the purpose of achieving the Road & Bridges project objectives including the management of quality, cost, time and scope
-> Assist and manage 10 Engineers that are assigned to certain projects
-> Implement Cost Saving measuring Tools and alternative construction ideas
-> Produce a forecast report about the completion of each project
-> Provide a plan to maintain the safety of the project site
-> Inspections and recommendations on infrastructure of assigned projects

Requirements:

-> B.S Degree in Civil Engineering
-> Experience in roads/bridges infrastructure projects is a MUST
-> Knowledge and Experience in Concrete Construction ( PRECAST & PRESTRESSED )
-> Minimum Ten years Experience as a Construction Manager for MEGA Million Construction Projects
-> Must have lots of Middle East Construction Experience ( Do not apply for this position if you lack any Middle East Experience )
-> Authorized to work in the U.S, CANADA and EUROPE
-> A Valid Passport
-> Must be ready to depart within few weeks to project site

• Detail every project you managed or were a part off by providing details include every aspect and the initial process and completion of each construction project?( Must Detail your experience or you will not be considered by our Client.)

• How many years of Experience do you have in the Middle East?Are you willing to work a minimum of 8-10+ hours with pay at the project site in a warm climatic environment?( Candidates without MIDDLE EAST EXPERIENCE will not be considered.)

• What is your current or most recent salary? Please break down your base salary and any bonus etc? Do you also have any memberships and affiliations with Internationally accepted applicable professional Institutes or Societies?(PER CLIENT REQUEST)
