MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS: Assigned as part of the Front End Execution Planning (FEEP) Coordination Team and provides support to the FEEP Coordinator, who is responsible for leading the development of execution planning effort including coordination of FEEP activities. Coordinates development of the following Select and Define Stage and Gate deliverables: Organization Plans, Early Project Plan, Project Plan, Function Engagement Plan, and Issues Identification and Management. Responsible for development of specific deliverables as assigned by the FEEP Coordinator or Supervisor. Responsible for development and completion of assigned Charter activity associated with FEEP. Confirms functional management review, alignment, and agreement of project deliverables. TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate, attend, and facilitate FEEP workshops Monitor FEEP activities for compliance with work programs and report progress against agreed schedule Develop and complete FEEP Charters specifically assigned by FEEP Coordinator Responsible for developing specific Select and Define Stage Gate deliverables, including the EMCAPS Roadmap, Early Project Plan, Project Plan, Functional Engagement Plan, and Issues Identification and Management that will result in Key and Project Issues Interface with multiple disciplines and functions as required to provide input and confirms that the deliverables are well integrated, sound and reflective of the objectives and strategies Coordinate the Project’s effort for project reviews, including the Independent Project Review (IPR) and endorsement reviews Responsible for coordinating logistics for IPR on behalf of the Project, as well as verifying Project documentation and plans are assembled, organized, and available for the IPR team Coordinate team alignment as part of the transition process to the assigned Project Team Maintain project registers for issues resolution and other required actions Peer “buddy” to new personnel assigned to Execution Planning Responsibilities in execution of general interest activities (e.g., execution planning enhancements, execution tools development, maintenance of selected work process, special studies) Expected to become a subject matter expert in one or more elements of EMCAPS QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: BS in Engineering Prior oil and gas industry experience preferred The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer
