RasGas RasGas Company Limited (RasGas) is one of the premier integrated liquefied natural gas (LNG) enterprises in the world. Since its creation in 1993, RasGas has developed world class facilities for the extraction, storage, processing and export of LNG, and has entered into long term agreements to supply LNG to customers in Korea, India, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Taiwan and the United States of America. RasGas currently operates 6 LNG trains with 20.7 million tones per annum (Mta) of production capacity. It is expected that production will be approximately 37 Mta by 2009 with the completion of seven trains. Training Specialist - Planning Assist the section manager in Planning, developing and managing the annual training plan and budget. Track and report achievements against targets and follow-up remedial measures where required. Develop, plan and implement new projects as assigned by section manager. Knowledge Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognised University/College will be required unless considerable experience in the training arena can be demonstrated. Extensive experience of the oil and gas or heavy industry preferably gained while working in a multi-national environment. Good experience of working in a Technical Training department with multi-cultural trainees of which at least two should be in a senior positron.
