Leading organisation in education has an immediate need for a Strategic Asset/Facilities Manager. The role is based approx. 2 hours West of Brisbane. This is ideal for someone wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of city life during the working week.

The role will report directly to the Head of Facilities Management and will be responsible for:

Strategic asset management planning across a diverse property portfolioBuilding and services maintenanceInfrastructure maintenance Minor works as requiredLiaison with contractors, senior staff,FM professionals and statutory bodiesTo be successful we are looking for people with the following skills and experience:

Solid experience in Strategic Asset Management planning-in a FM environmentStrong Facilities Management backgroundRelevant degree in property, FM, engineering, construction or related fieldIdeally industry experience within the educational/training or public sectorStrong technical building services operational experienceSuperb communication skills both written and verbal
