Reliability Engineer - Paper/Pulp/Mill

Location: Rhinelander, WI, USA
A paper mill located in Northern Wisconsin has an immediate need for a Reliability Engineer for a long term (18 month) contract assignment. This position offers per diem and mob/demob and regional candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities:

-> Work as part of a team to support the mill effort to safely improve the equipment reliability by applying reliability principles such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) to identify the appropriate Predictive and Preventative Maintenance (PPM) procedures
-> Provide technical expertise for equipment maintenance standards, and procedures for mill equipment; proactively identify and eliminate equipment issues; apply the concepts of precision maintenance to ensure the equipment is reliable when put back in service

Requirements:

-> Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineer
-> Five to seven years directly related experience
-> Experienced in Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA)
-> Experienced in Reliability simulation modeling
-> Experienced in Vibration analysis
-> Experienced in tribology (oil monitoring)
-> Experience in an large industrial environment
-> Pulp and paper industry experience a BIG plus
