The Position and You

With the potential of a National role in 5 years you would be measured on the success of building the Victorian Rail Division which is the start of their national operations in that field. If your not looking for that sort of progression then no need apply, I am after someone driven and highly motivated, has a strong rail knowledge and an ability to build a team in the rail sector and handle the Project Management, Commercial and Financial aspects as well.

There is huge potential in this role, looking at how others within the business have moved up the ranks is something that they regard highly, the reason people don't leave is that they are progressed at the rate they want and are able to. You would have a huge amount of backing and support, a $700mil + t/o business, Engineering, Construction and Project Managers with substantial experience in Alliances, Joint Ventures and D&C contracts.

Enquire confidentially, think about getting away from the politics and the continual levels of reporting and join a company with complex systems but not complex management.
