Our Client is lookinf for Drilling Superintendent for thier Netherlands based operations.
 Supervise well site operations personnel.
 Ensure all drilling campaigns are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
 Ensure all drilling campaigns comply with local regulatory requirements.
 Establish operations plans, contingency plans and emergency response plans for all operations.
 Develop and implement campaign management plan.
 Coordinate the drilling tendering and contracting process.
 Provide drilling operations support to the well program preparation.
 Coordinate and monitor all well site activities and logistics support.
 Identify, implement and monitor performance improvement initiatives.
 Liase with contractors, authorities and partners.
 Maintain effective operations cost control and invoice processing.
