THE ROLE
CCL has been requested by a leading oil & gas energy company to provide a Support Services Advisor. Job may require occasional travel to other locations. Offshore based, contract duration 1 year (renewable). 28/28 rotation. Excellent rates.
THE PERSON
Minimum 15 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry in an appropriate discipline at Senior level. Experience to have included: POB management and control of personnel; Administration and management of catering contacts; Managing logistics activities including international customs laws & procedural control of personnel in an offshore environment; Liaising with and organising variety of contractors and vendors; Development of systems and procedures. Knowledge of Materials / Equipment specific to the Oil and Gas Industry, Materials Management, Supply Chain process and local / international custom laws. Former CIS experience, working & mentoring multinational workforce.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Diploma / Qualification in Engineering discipline. Computer literate. Ensure HSE / Hygiene compliance. Good communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to make presentations and write effective reports. Self starter who is able to effectively set and deliver against their own priorities within the context of the current and planned workload. Ability to lead and coach international and national staff. Capacity to integrate within an international and national workforce. Problem solving and analytical skills. Supervisory abilities and planning capability. Team and self motivation skills. Fluent English. Russian or Kazakh language skills an advantage.
