The main responsibilities in this dynamic role will be to cover client based costing and administration and sub-contract administration.​ You will assist in establishing the budget, negotiate pricings and conditions, notification of deviations, variations, extensions and processing progress claims.​

Reporting to the Project Manager you will need to have excellent attention to detail, be a confident communicator, be able to work unsupervised, and ideally have qualifications in building technology or engineering.​
