Known throughout the world as an extremely capable end to end construction management consultancy and contractor, my client has documented success on significant landmark projects within Australia that have incorporated all facets of social infrastructure and residential project formats. Over and above this successful project delivery experience is their capability to provide total solutions within large urban renewal projects that incorporate their globally amassed expertise in bringing about the successful delivery of the clients brief, whilst ensuring that the client is affected positively and that what is delivered far surpasses expectations.

This opportunity is by far the best that has hit the Brisbane market within hi-rise residential project management for at least the last 18 months. This role will see the successful candidate involved in a large scale renewal project that will fully utilise your already well honed construction project management skill set.

A short summary of your responsibilities will be:

* Overseeing internal resources
* Consultant Management
* Detail Design
* Value Engineering & Build-ability
* Client Management
* Government Authority liaison
* Delivery of Project

Along with the above, your role will encompass the management of internal resources both within your team and across the clients established global network to ensure that industry best principles are utilised at all times. Your previous experience will have encompassed working within a dynamic client focussed and goal orientated organisation. A construction management degree or similar will be very highly regarded as will the successful completion of numerous high rise residential or mixed use projects as project manager or equivalent.
