Our client was established 20 years ago and has quickly become a leading environmental manager and advisor to many public and private sector clients across Australia. Over this time our client has diversified from a standard Environmental advisory company into EIA/ EIS, Environmental Management Systems and Planning.

They have now evolved to a company with superbly qualified scientists and engineers with the experience set to manage complex environmental impact assessments and to deliver development approvals. They are now looking for a qualified Senior Projects Manager to join the Major Projects Team in Sydney.

If you are successful you will join a small but growing team where you will be involved leading teams and have complete autonomy over projects. You will be a pivotal person involved in strategy and business growth and will work with some of their most important clients.

As a Senior Project Manager your key responsibilities will be:

* Managing project teams undertaking environmental feasibility and impact assessment studies
* Managing sub consultants and mentoring junior staff
* Implementing Quality, OHS and Environmental Management Systems
* Identifying and managing environment risks


To be considered for this Senior Project Manager role you will be required to have the following:

* Degree qualification or higher in a environmental or related discipline
* Proven Track record of managing project teams in a senior consultancy position preferably in civil construction projects
* Expert knowledge of NSW Environmental legislation
* Excellent communication skills
