This fast growing mid tier commercial builder is looking for someone who has been project managing projects to $10M but wants the opportunity to grow! Are you being held back because there is no where else to grow?

Completing upwards of $50million worth of work a year, with a constant stream of regular and highly satisfied clients this company have been excelling within the fit out and new build industry year on year.

The client is specificly looking for a Project manager or well rounded project engineer who has a recent history delivering projects in both fit out and especially new build projects to come on board and grow into an all incopassing role with the aim of moving into a senior pm position over a 5 year period. This position has arisen due to strong growth and an ability to steadily increase profit year on year in a successfully controlled manner.

The ideal candidate will be required to oversee day to day activities over 3 sites, handle the administration and direction of 3 site managers, scheduling work and reporting in to the directors. This is a role with strong promise to develop within a growing structured Melbourne contractor.
