Our client is a manufacturer of a broad range of equipment for use in various industries including the construction, infrastructure, quarrying, mining, shipping, transportation, refining, and utility industries. They are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified Site Managers for their operations in New Caledonia.
The primary purpose of the role is to promote, develop and sustain good customer relationships in the areas of service, maintenance planning, component forecasting on equipment along with product related support. You will be responsible for seeking new methodologies through continuous improvement in completing jobs to enhance efficiency and reliability of completed components.
You will use your excellent organisational and communication skills to lead your team and assist personnel. You must be capable of reviewing technical problems in detail and be focused on effective planning and continual improvement of the Company products.
To be considered required qualifications include:
* Trade qualifications as a Heavy Duty Fitter, High Voltage Electrician or Motor Mechanic
* Post Graduate studies in Business Management or Engineering (preferred)
* Sound technical knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
* Hold a current Motor Vehicle Drivers Licence
* Good computer skills
* Good communication and negotiation skills
