Their services cover development, construction, design and project management across residential, retail, commercial and retirement living sectors.

Their construction division is recognized as one of the leaders in the industry and their success stems from a strong track record coupled with the ability to deliver projects at the cutting edge of quality and design.

Due to this continuing success, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to run a Residential Development and then move onto a number of other projects.

You will, amongst other duties, be working closely with Project teams and sub-contractors, preparing tender packages, conducting variations, job costings and budgets.

# 8-10 years min exp in Construction Project Management
