Location: Saudi Arabia Position Description: The incumbent will perform or monitor the advanced level complex inspection activities and provide technical guidance in audits for compliance to requirements in Vendor Quality Control/Vendor Quality Assurance/Vendor Quality Monitor. Typical work responsibility involves perform/oversee the performance of on-site inspections, monitoring vendors' inspection, factory performance tests recording, review the results of tests, auditing activities and quality systems at manufacturers' plants and ensuring compliance to requirements. In addition the incumbent will train inspection personnel and may be required to present training session to groups of personnel in the organization.
Minimum Requirement: BS in Mechanical Engineering with 7 years relevant experience and necessary certifications in one of the specific inspection disciplines such as Pressure Vessel Inspector, Piping Inspector, and OCTG Inspector. Certifications: API-510 Pressure Vessel, ASNT level II in UT, RT, MT and PT, AWS or CSWIP welding inspection, NACE coating inspection Comments: Inspection Department (ID) is charged with the corporate responsibility for Inspection of materials and equipments purchased, and equipments and facilities constructed for Saudi Aramco. The incumbent will be assigned to ID's Vendor Inspection Division (VID), which takes care of quality control, quality assurance, and quality monitoring for all materials bought by the Company and Contractors
