Commercial Manager required for Brisbane based resources company, highly desirable career move.

An outstanding candidate for the role of Commercial Manager will be extremely motivated to succeed and able to demonstrate high levels of initiative.
With an ability to identify and develop commercial opportunities in a burgeoning market the scope of this role is significant. You will have negotiation skills of the highest order and be able to work across providing commercial expertise to the management team through to CEO level. The role will see you working closely with the business development team to identify, assess and manage commercial aspects of large scale project work inclusive of the management of associated commercial risks. You will have a demonstrated background which will have covered engaging and managing a number of key stakeholders including government and related regulators. An ideal background will see you having at least ten years commercial management experience and coming from a similar industry such as; resources, petroleum, mining, power generation.

Attributes for success will include:

* Degree qualifications in Engineering, Finance, or Business Management, with post graduate qualifications being a bonus.
* Exceptional communication abilities with high level networking exposure.
* Significant experience in management of contract negotiations.
* Experience in the successful management of projects from cradle to completion.
* Exceptional levels of initiative and have a strong attention to detail.
