* Temp to Perm c.$30-$35.00 p/hr

Our client is a reputable commercial builder located in the South East with a number of commercial building projects on the books. An immediate requirement has become available for an experienced estimator to join the team assisting the project manager on hard dollar and D&C tenders. Projects include schools, local government and maintenance works to complex building expansions.

The ideal applicant will have a proven track record in estimating commercial projects to at least $3m together with tertiary qualifications in construction management/economics or quantity surveying. You will have excellent organisational skills including time management, a thorough and meticulous approach to tasks, as well as a strong technical knowledge of the building process. Proficient computer skills and experience using CHEOPS or JOBPAC will be highly regarded.
