Contract Administrator in Perth: Immediate Start

* Immediate Start: contract to perminent role on career defining projects
* Mid tier builder

This mid tier construction company has the size and ability to successfully manage projects of all sizes. This capacity allows them to deliver every project with an equal standard of service which ensures customer satisfaction. They are currently working on some of the most anticipated set of education projects in Perth.

Due to sheer volume of work they have a current requirement for a contract administrator for multiple projects in Perth. The role will initially be a contract role of 6 months with the possibility of permanent from there.

You will...

* Be Degree Qualified
* Have a history of working on multiple projects over $20 million in value
* Working on education projects would be advantageous
* have a keen eye for detail and will be astute in identifying deviations from the scope of work. This would have been achieved through 5 years + experience in a similar role previously.
* be a pragmatic Contracts Administrator who will embrace the challenges and opportunities this company will provide.
* be responsible for reporting to the Project Manager on all aspects of the cost and contractual administration of the project from its inception.
* be responsible for developing and administering all contract documents and will oversee all commercial aspects throughout all stages of construction
* negotiate terms of business and commercial issues with contractors and as such will be an excellent negotiator and an exceptional communicator.
* be a true builder, but will understand client and relationship management as well.
