Contract Representative

You will coordinate the procurement of contracts from the planning phase through the final contract execution phase. These phases will include contract drafting, prequalification of bidders, competitive bidding and sole source negotiation. Provide contract technical advice, support and administration during the design and construction of Oil and Gas Projects.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (MBA/law degree preferred) and 5 years of experience in contract procurement activities with an emphasis in project contract or in a closely related position such as negotiator, contract engineer, construction engineer or an attorney in a commercial practice.
