Location: Saudi Arabia EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Requires BS/BA degree, Masters a plus, with a minimum of 12-15 years experience in Human Resource Development and/or Organization Development roles in a large, diversified corporate environment. Ideal candidate has excellent platform delivery and process facilitation skills in both large and small group formats. Position holder will have demonstrated strong coaching, facilitation, influencing and communication skills. Any international experience working with multi-culture client groups is a plus. Experience in petrochemical related industry a plus.
JOB DUTIES: Reporting into the Leadership Development Division of Training and Career Development these positions, as individual contributors, will through custom designed training and development programs provide platform delivery, process coaching and facilitation to supervisors and managers in a large, diversified corporate organizational environment. Position holders will also provide design and process facilitation consulting services to business unit management teams in both large and small group formats. Will mentor and coach more junior staff. This position is available on either single or family status.
