Overseeing projects from inception through to completion for all commercial and contractual aspects on contracts up to $35 million within Commercial / Residential / Health / Education and Industrial. Predominantly the projects will be in the heart of Brisbane CBD and the local surrounding area.

This company anticipate a huge growth and they are looking for fresh, dynamic individuals that want to progress up the management ladder and mirror the company ethos and grow with the business to become one of the biggest Developer Builders in the South East. Ideally you will already live in Brisbane or looking to move to the city as this requires someone that lives locally.

Position

This position would suit someone with a mid tier background preferably with Australian experience or a Quantity Surveying background should you come from overseas. You will ideally have a minimum of five years experience due to the size of the projects overseeing jobs from inception through to completion. This is an urgent requirement and is a live position that requires a dedicated individual that fits in well with the team and bring strong commercial acumen to the table.

You will need good communication skills and be able to deal with people at all levels including working closely with the contracting team to ensure the project is bought in to budget. Reporting into the Project Manger we are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator, you will keep accurate site records, document control and assume responsibility for, sub-contractor management, cost management and forecasting.
