Looking for an opportunity to get your foot in the door? Looking to further grow your extensive Project Management skills? Want to manage some of the more diverse projects in and around Melbourne, whilst being supported from the top?

Our client is a well regarded, locally based commercial contractor. They require a commercial construction project manager to join the team and deliver medium scale commercial projects primarily within Melbourne and with further potential throughout Australia.

As the successful Project Manager, you will be delivering high profile projects up to $20M. You will be responsible for Negotiating with clients, Managing Sub-contractors, Bringing projects in on time and budget, Running site meetings and Setting programs and budgets.

Ideal candidates will have:

Skill/Quals/Experience Needed
• Tertiary Qualification in construction or trades background
• 5+ yrs in the construction industry with experience of commercial projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Career focused & ambitious
