PROCESS PLANT SUPERVISORS

Our Client is a gold mining company in the final stages of construction of a mine in West Africa. The project is about to enter the commissioning phase and some further technical/ expatriate skills are required.

The company require the services of experienced FRENCH SPEAKING PROCESS PLANT SUPERVISORS/ OPERATORS to act on behalf of the client and run the mineral process of a gold extraction process.

>> Experience:
• You will be an experienced gold plant operator who is at Supervisor level;
• You will be a person with solid metallurgical process experience, preferably with regards process plant operation in remote locations;
• You will be familiar with gold plant crushing/ milling and CIL.

>> Responsibility:
• You will be responsible for running the process plant and managing local staff;
• You will be responsible for plant trial work, implementation of optimisation programmes and assisting with supervising a shift;
• You will be French speaking and be able to communicate in French with a local team of skills.

This is a permanent contract and you will be required to start at short notice. You will be remunerated to USD-based expatriate terms of employment. You will be prepared to work on a remote mine site in West Africa and have previous expatriate experience. This is not a hardship posting; the country is stable and the capital has much to offer to the weary worker. The contract will be a single status contract with work for 6 weeks and off for 2 weeks. Accommodation and 3-meals per day are on offer with a good standard of on-site accommodation with room plus en suite bathroom;
