Company Overview:

Although I won't spill the beans on the who just now, if you've been in the industry for even a short time you will definitely know of this operator.

They have been described as a multi-disciplined company providing services such as design, construction, maintenance, and operations and been around for 45 years +.

The Role & You:

The title on your office door will be Senior Project Manager.

It is an executive position so you will have a variety of direct reports including the construciton manager of this particular project.

What you need to have/be:

* Minimum 10 years experience in Senior Project Manager role
* Superior planning and organisation skills
* Excellent leadership skills
* Proven ability to manage people to bring out the best in them in difficult environments
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, able to interact and connect with people from diverse backgrounds
* Proven experience in managing construction processes in a way that incorporates safety, Quality, Environment, lands, culture heritage management as integral elements of that process
* Excellent attention to detail and strong administration skills
* Proven initiative and attention to detail
