Credit Controller/Accounts Executive (Accounts Receivables)
(Collyer Quay)

Responsibilities:

* Oversee accounts receivables and manage debt collections

* Take charge of credit assessment of new and existing customers

* Prepare statement of accounts and debtors age analysis

* Call customers for payment and follow up on overdue payment

* Preparation of sales report and some ad-hoc management reports

* Handle payment reconciliation and payment discrepancy clarification

* Coordinate with other parties to rectify problems that cause the delay of payment

* Prepare and send reminder letters to terminated customers

Requirements:

* Diploma in accountancy and above

* Min 3 years experience in credit control and debt collection

* Pro-active, patient and mature in thinking

* Meticulous and analytical

* Able to work under tight timelines and pressure

* A team player with good negotiation and communication skills
