Environmental Control Officer - SG-SIN-2009-19224
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for all safety aspects of the construction sites
* Develop safety policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance of prevailing MOM Safety Acts and Regulations
* Prepare, organize and implement safe work procedures and measures in accordance with MOM Regulations
* Prepare and conduct safety inspections to ensure adherence
* Conduct investigations of safety infringements and industrial accidents; and recomend remedial actions
* Conduct safety related training for the staff, including foreign workers
* Prepare and place appropriate safety signage at strategic locations
* Audit equipment, machineries and assets regularly to ensure that they are in good working condition and equipped with safety protection
* Assess and analyze potential risks and make recommendations when new/second hand equipment and machineries are purchased for use
* Organize monthly Safety Committee meetings and put up safety reports, including safety indices
* Liase with MOM on all safety issues

Requirements:

* Registered ECO certificate
