General Manager (Based in Middle East)
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the business development and overseas operations in Middle East
* Oversee and manage a team on the daily operations and supervision of the various business units: Technical Services (M&E), Building Services, Security, Cleaning and Carpark.
* Identify new business and growth opportunities for business expansion
* Provide high-level client interface and accounts management
* Develop Company’s standard operation procedure and internal work flow, and continue with implementation plans to achieve target results.
* Perform any other duties as and when directed by the Management
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
* At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
