Store Supervisor
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the activities of the consumables, tools and surplus.
* Arrange replacement or covering duties during any store personnel absence.
* Accept and verify Materials and consumables requisition form for stock availability.
* Update the surplus stock inventory (include the cost)
* Maintain proper housekeeping of the workshop areas.
* Compile and generate service report matching with MCR report for billing purposes.
* Plan and conduct half yearly stock check for consumables, surplus stock and tools accounts.• Plan and check on overtime control.
* Ensure staffs take all the necessary safety measure.
* Plan training and development of operators to suit operational needs.
* Conduct familiarisation training for new operators.
* Verify and acknowledge on operators time card.
Requirements:
* Posses at least Primary/Secondary school/”O” Level/ NTC 3 in any field such as Vehicle Mechanics, Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics.
* Possess Class 2B / 3 / 4 & 5 Driving License.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant working knowledge in maintaining work order system in the workshop for transportation and equipments.
* Knowledge in inventory systems of tools, equipments and consumables (eg Air Compressor, Generator, truck repair)
