GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities include: Successful candidate will supervisor employees within the services group. These services include trucking, skipper, cager, toplander and batch/shotecrete plants. Candidate will also ensure that the service crews align with and continuously improve site environmental, health, safety and loss control systems. Promote a culture of fair and good relationships with production, development, support, and maintenance crews. Achieve production and cost budgets in conjunction with support, maintenance, and technical services, and ensure that training and continuous improvement is integrated into services processes.
SELECTION CRITERIA
BASIC REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this job, applicants must meet these basic requirements:
• Six (6) years underground mining experience required.
• Previous supervisor experience required.
• Understanding of underground safety and environmental issues required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral required.
• Excellent safety and attendance record required
