Our Client is a leader in the fields of geological and mine planning consulting and in providing advisory services to the global minerals industry. Using state-of-the-art computer software, they retain core competencies in geotechnical engineering, resource estimation, mining engineering, and landform design. They work across multiple mineral commodities and ore types holding 'competent person' status under the JORC code.
The successful applicant will be committed to the adoption and use of the latest planning tools available in Surpac, Minex, Gems and Whittle software platforms and specialist geotechnical and structural geological software. You will have significant experience as a professionally qualified Mining Engineer and you will be eligible to be deemed a competent person for “JORC“. You will have a high degree of computer literacy particularly in the use of Minex software. Consulting experience will be well regarded and coal experience is essential.
Managing a team of consulting mining engineers, you will be required to complete consulting task such as, due diligence, feasibility studies and economic analysis. Previous Indonesian experience is preferred however all candidates with suitable experience will be considered.
The position is single status based in Jakarta. The salary package will be inclusive of all costs such as accommodation, vehicle and airfares. There are several options being offered on how the salary can be structured and this will be discussed at interview.
