Finance Controller in Engineering SW Sydney

We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Controller, with a proven passion for supporting within the Engineering industry. This exciting and innovative role requires the successful applicant to:

* Prepare and manage budgets, including budgets on bids
* Manage day to day book-keeping and cash flow
* Project Accounting for long term construction contracts
* Provide Company Financial statements & R&D reporting
* Document company financial procedures for the Quality Management System
* Process revenue reports and perform general administrative duties as required
* Ensure that accounting standards are complaint with industry standards

To be considered for this role you must have:

* Circa 5+years Finance Control experience
* Financial Control experience gained from within the Engineering sectors
* Possess current CPA/CA qualifications
* Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
* Financial Systems Administration experience
* Experience in Financial Accounting systems, such as SAP, Oracle, ERP, Great Plains or MYOB
* Solid tax experience
* Excellent attention to detail is imperative to this role
* Good understanding of Financial and Project Accounting
* Commitment to a full time role
