The Company:

Located in convenient Redcliffe, Liebherr-Australia Pty Ltd is a wholly owned, autonomous subsidiary of a German holding company. The Liebherr group of companies attribute their leading position in diverse international markets to the quality and reputation of technologically advanced products, services and commitment to client satisfaction. Due to restructuring they are currently seeking to appoint an Operations Manager.

The Role:

In this role your primary responsibility will be to manage the profit and loss for the LAP Service Department. Other duties and responsibilities will be:

Business development
Management of the Service/Technical departments
Maintain/promote customer relations
Oversee the administration functions

The Candidate:

Pivotal to your success will be your proven ability to communicate effectively, develop and manage a team. Previous exposure with OEM and mining industry knowledge will be highly regarded in conjunction with a commercial acumen.

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and become an integral part of the team through building good relationships and bringing knowledge and professionalism to the team.

Reporting directly to the State Manager WA, this is a demanding role guaranteed to provide plenty of challenge. Liaising with a number of stakeholders and managing conflicting priorities, you will work best under pressure. Additionally, your commitment to service delivery and honesty in your dealing with customers will see you transition into our environment effortlessly.
