Reports to: Maintenance Superintendent
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Carry out the day to day, mid term and long term planning for the FPSO for all departments and disciplines using the COMPANY maintenance management system
Supervise the procurement of spare parts and consumable materials required for the safe and efficient maintenance and operation of the FPSO
Principle Functions of the Position:
Collate information of upcoming work activities from all departments and produce a weekly updated 28 day plan
Produce a daily plan to include planned and unplanned maintenance based on the MMS data
Input of data to MMS of all planned and unplanned maintenance activities completed
Safety Critical Functions
Ensure planning is carried out to account for the correct priority for safety critical equipment
Ensure that safety critical equipment spare parts and PPE are readily available
Experience Factors
Minimum 5 years offshore experience
Minimum 2 years experience in planning and procurement within a hydrocarbon related industry
Minimum 2 years previous experience with responsibility for Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
Previous FPSO experience.

Recognized technical or academic qualification
AMOS M and P CMM
Offshore Survival Certificate
Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET)
Demonstrated Knowledge / Skills
Knowledge of COMPANY Procurement, Planning and maintenance philosophies
Knowledge of onshore Procurement Procedures and philosophies
Computer literate MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point and MS Project
